2022 Silver Agency Award
The Silver Agency Award went to co-General Agents and a recruiting powerhouse – congratulations to Jay Goodman and Rod Hurowitz of the Long Island agency

2022 Gold Agency Award
The 2022 Gold Agency Award recipient took over the New Jersey agency as General Agent in 2021 and took home the gold award for a second time. Congratulations to Mike Marino of the New Jersey agency!

2022 Platinum Agency Award
ESI’s Platinum Agency Award winner has been affiliated with ESI since 1994, consistently placing in the top 3 Agencies since 2009. With $9,009,758 in GDC in 2022, congratulations to Randy Raner of the Northern New England agency!

The 2022 Gold Award winner joined ESI in 1995 and has consistently placed in the top 3 since 2007. A consistent Circle of Excellence member, in 2021 he was the recipient of the ESI President’s Award. Congratulations to Steve Simon from Beverly Hills!

2022 Platinum Award Winner
Our 2022 Platinum Award Winner isn’t new to the Top 3 but celebrated his first time at #1! A consistent Circle of Excellence member, he took home the Platinum Award with $1,562,400 in GDC. Congratulations to Rich Kelly from the Pacific Northwest agency!

The conference closed out with “Delivering Value that will Never be Undervalued” with Mitch Anthony, the founder and president of Advisor Insights Inc., The Financial Life Planning Institute, ROL Advisor, and Life-Centered Planners (U.K.).
