- Download the Global Relay App
Get the app from your device’s app store. - Sign In via Agent Portal
Enter your nlgroupmail.com email address and use your agent portal credentials for seamless access. - Grant Permissions
Follow the prompts to allow the Global Relay app to read your contacts, access your phone functions, and send you notifications. - Start Messaging
Your phone number transfers automatically, so you can begin texting right away.
🚨 Important: Your conversation history will not migrate from CellTrust to Global Relay. If there are messages you’ll need after the transition, please take screenshots before setting up your Global Relay account.
