We are pleased to announce the release of an updated Best Interest Supplemental Worksheet (BISW) for NFS Brokerage and ESI Illuminations business. The updated form is designed to enhance clarity, strengthen documentation, and better align with Regulation Best Interest (Reg BI) expectations for these product types.
The updated BISW is now available for review in Merrill Forms and Docupace/Quik. Beginning July 15, 2026, the updated form will be included in new account kits and required for all applicable new NFS Brokerage and ESI Illuminations accounts.
Please note that this update applies only to NFS Brokerage and ESI Illuminations recommendations. The existing Best Interest Supplemental Worksheet will continue to be used for recommendations involving products on the “Direct Business” product shelf.
