Update Effective December 9th
When we first rolled out Entreda, the cybersecurity system, we knew it would provide a better experience than our previous option, but we still wanted to minimize the impact on you. During the rollout, we set the Entreda score to 660 out of 800, and the vast majority of you were not only able to meet the 660 benchmark, but many of you even achieved a perfect score of 800!
Protecting your computers and your clients’ information is more important than ever. To that end, we are raising the passing Cyber Risk Score from 660 to 700 for the Entreda cybersecurity system effective December 9th This adjustment reflects the evolving nature of cyber threats and our commitment to maintaining high industry standards for data security.
The good news is that, for almost everyone, there is nothing you need to do, as less than 1% of our Registered Representatives and agents currently have a score between 660 and 699. This increase emphasizes the importance of staying vigilant about password management, device encryption, software updates, and secure network connections.
