Qualification Period: 1/1/2026 – 12/31/2026
GDC Requirements for Individual Qualification: $500,000 minimum of GDC
GDC Requirements for Agency Qualification: $5,000,000 minimum of GDC
YOY Growth for Individual Qualification: Top 5 ESI Financial Professionals based on year over year growth on total production; Min. GDC requirements apply: $200,000 during qualification year, $100,000 for prior year
Advisory Sales Qualifications for IARs: Top 5 ESI Advisors based on total advisory sales; Min. $10,000,000 in sales required
Recruiting Requirements for Managing Director Qualification: Top 2 ESI Managing Directors based on number of recruits to ESI; minimum of 6 active recruits
GDC Requirements for Team Qualifications:
- Must be recognized by ESI as a Team splitting at least 25% of their business
- All production for all team members (split and individual) is counted as Team Production
- One team member must qualify for EES on their own ($500,000 this year)
- The minimum team production for an additional invite is individual qualification x2 ($1,000,000)
- For an additional team member to qualify for EES, their production must be at least $200,000
If any of the above qualifications are not met an additional invite will not be given.
Massachusetts production is not counted towards any production requirements. Credits may be adjusted if needed to comply with the Massachusetts Fiduciary Rule. All Fixed Indexed Annuity Sales are excluded from this amount.
