Reminder: The Touchstone International Growth Fund will merge into Touchstone Sands Capital International Growth Equity Fund, effective June 21, 2024.

“On February 15, 2024, the Board of Trustees of the Touchstone Strategic Trust approved the reorganization of the Touchstone International Growth Fund into the Touchstone Sands Capital International Growth Equity Fund. The reorganization is expected to occur at the close of business June 21, 2024.”
