EFA Mailing to Advisory Clients

On April 29, 2022, EFA mailed advisory clients an offer to request a complete copy of the Form ADV Part 2 disclosure brochure(s) applicable to their account(s). In the letters, clients are provided the following instructions for requesting a brochure:

“If you wish to request a copy of the brochure, please contact our Compliance Department at 800-344-7437, or you may send your request by email to ESICompliance@nationallife.com, or by mail to the following address:

Additionally, EFA’s current brochure is available on our website, www.equity-services.com.”
