We are excited to share that Broadridge Wealth Aggregation and Insights team has made several enhancements to the Held Away Data Integration (HADI) experience.

Improved Client Experience with HADI

Your clients now have a clearer, more intuitive way to manage their outside accounts:

  • Alerts for Disconnected Accounts: If any linked accounts are disconnected, a new alert shows how many are affected, with a clear prompt to take action.
  • One-Click Fixes: A new “Repair Connections” button gives clients quick access to the HADI Connections Widget, where they can manage all linked accounts in one place.

  • Ongoing Access: If all accounts are connected, clients will see a green alert and can still access the “Manage Connections” tool to review or adjust their setup.

Upgraded Client Authorized Accounts Worksheet for Advisors

To help you better support clients, the Client Authorized Accounts Worksheet has been enhanced:

  • At-a-Glance Insights: Easily see which clients have account connections that require action—such as re-entering credentials or completing multi factor authentication (MFA) to restore data flow.
  • Client-Level Details: You can now drill down into individual clients to review specific institution connections and account statuses.

Additional Enhancements

  • Simplified Account Lists: Unenrolled or previously disconnected accounts are now clearly separated from currently active ones.
  • “As of” Dates: Each account now displays the last date a value was received, making it easier to identify stale data.
  • Improved Status Labels: Accounts now show whether they are:
    • Managed by the advisor
    • Currently connected
    • In an actionable (disconnected) state
    • Unenrolled
  • Clearer Reconnection Messaging: New, user-friendly guidance makes it easier for clients to resolve disconnections on their own.
