To better serve the field and our customers, effective January 18, 2021, Equity Services, Inc. will be changing its call center queue options. The firm’s toll-free number will remain the same at (800) 344-7437. New updates are as follows:
- A new Docupace service queue option with submenus for technical Docupace questions, as well as operational paperwork related inquires, will be added.
- All Service-related options will become the first choice in the call tree. There will continue to be Service submenu options for Advisory, NFS Brokerage, Direct Business, Suitability and Commissions.
- Reps and clients wishing to place Advisory or Brokerage trades will now be directed to menu option number two.
- The traditional menu options for ESI Privacy information and direct dial extensions will remain unchanged.
