In August’s ESI Senior Leadership Update, we shared that Redtail would be introducing a new pricing structure for ESI. Starting December 19, 2024, Redtail will move from a flat rate per database to a per-user pricing model. We understand that price increases can be challenging, so we partnered with Redtail to minimize disruption as much as possible.
New Pricing and Exclusive Discounts
As part of our efforts, we negotiated an 18-month delay on this pricing adjustment, secured a 30% discount on Redtail’s retail rate for the Growth plan, and implemented a price cap for larger offices that will be effective for the next two years.
Effective December 19, 2024, ESI’s discounted rate for Redtail will be $45 per user per month, compared to Redtail’s retail pricing of $65 per month.
Key Features of the Growth Plan
The Growth plan includes all the Redtail features you know and love, plus a new feature to streamline your day-to-day operations: Suite Sync. This tool allows you to sync clients, prospects, calendars, and emails seamlessly within Redtail. With Suite Sync, you can:
- Effortlessly link emails to contacts,
- View and manage emails directly from contact records, and
- Respond with Reply, Reply All, or Forward—all from within Redtail CRM.
Price Increase Cap for Larger Teams
For offices with five or more users, we’ve also negotiated a cap on price increases to ease the transition:
- For teams of five or more, monthly increases will be capped at no more than 200% of your current rates, allowing for a gradual adjustment.
- This cap will remain in place for two years, providing price stability for larger teams.
- The per user rate per user under this cap will not fall below $25 per month, ensuring competitive pricing even with the cap.
