ESI is pleased to announce an enhancement to our Calendly scheduling tool: integration with Outlook Workflows, giving you the ability to automate what happens after a meeting is booked.
Calendly already makes scheduling simple. This new integration helps streamline your follow-through by allowing you to trigger automated email workflows when meetings are scheduled.
With Outlook Workflows, you can automatically:
- Send meeting reminders
- Deliver thank-you or follow-up emails
- Prompt next-step actions or additional meeting requests
- Create a more consistent client experience with less manual effort
This enhancement is part of our continued investment in tools that help simplify day-to-day operations and support more efficient client engagement.

From Integrations & Apps within Calendly, select Outlook Workflows to begin creating automated email workflows.

Calendly allows clients and prospects to book time with you through a personalized scheduling link you can share via email, website, or social media. You control your availability, eliminating back-and-forth scheduling emails.
Cost:
Calendly is available for $25 per month (deducted weekly from commissions). Currently, the online scheduling service is the primary feature available.
How to Get started?
To enroll, click here for the Calendly Sign-Up Form (you must be logged into the National Life website to access it) and follow the setup instructions.
Once your Calendly profile is created and synced with your Outlook calendar, you’ll receive a personalized scheduling link that can be added to your email signature, website, and social media.
Clients and prospects can use this link to book time with you based on the availability you set—eliminating the back-and-forth of coordinating meeting times and making scheduling faster and easier for everyone.
