Envestnet Announces $4.5 Billion Take-Private Transaction with Bain Capital

In a release on July 11^th, Envestnet announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Bain Capital for $4.5 billion.

The transaction also includes Reverence Capital as well as Strategic Partners BlackRock, Fidelity Investments, Franklin Templeton and State Street Global Advisors who will all invest and hold minority positions.

Envestnet continues to be a Strategic Partner for ESI and we are working with Envestnet to better understand the impact of this transaction. As details emerge, we will provide updates.
