Help your clients make the most of their brokerage experience by encouraging them to enroll in eDelivery.
With eDelivery, clients have instant access to their documents, removing delays in receiving time-sensitive information, and they can view all the following online:
- Statements
- Trade Confirmations
- Letters
- Shareholder Reports
- Tax Forms, and
- Quarterly Performance Reports
When new online brokerage documents become available, clients will be alerted with an email notification. Clients will be able to log onto Wealthscape Investor and download their documents immediately.
Equity Services, Inc. supports electronic delivery and the benefits it offers. During the week of August 26th, your clients will receive an email inviting them to enroll in eDelivery for their Online Brokerage Account.
It’s easy to enroll. When the clients receive the enrollment email, they will simply click the “I Agree” button. eDelivery will begin in 24 hours!
Please note that the email will originate from e-notification@mail.mybrokerageinfo.com and not directly from us. This email address is safe. Marking it as such will ensure clients receive the email to the inbox. Accounts not enrolled for eDelivery are subject to an increase in the quarterly paper fee starting in January 2025.
