During the week of August 3rd, your clients will receive an email inviting them to enroll in eDelivery for their Online Brokerage Account. This email makes enrolling in eDelivery easy. Your client simply clicks on the “I Agree” button and within 24 hours eDelivery will begin for their account.
As a reminder, eDelivery helps your clients make the most of their online brokerage experience and gives them instant access to their documents. They can view statements, trade confirmations, letters, shareholder reports, tax forms and quarterly performance reports all online in their account. The client will receive an email notification letting them know that the documents are available.
Please note that the email sent to your clients will originate from e-notification@mail.mybrokerageinfo.com and not directly from Equity Services, Inc. This email address is Safe. Marking it as such will ensure your clients will receive the email to their inbox. This is the domain that future email communications will also come from.
