Your continuing education requirements for 2026 are available! Field Notices 2026-01 and 2026-17 explain this year’s continuing education program and how to access the various elements. Regulatory Element training is available through your FinPro portal (www.finpro.com). Firm Element, the Annual Compliance Meeting, and APM CE (if applicable) are provided through QuestCE, which you can access via single sign-on (SSO) through the NLG agent portal.
Please note that all requirements – which include Regulatory Element, Firm Element, and the Annual Compliance Meeting, as well as state-required IAR CE and the APM CE (as applicable) – must be complete by October 30, 2026.
Individuals who fail to complete all their required CE elements by October 30th will be subject to a $100 fine for the first day, and $25/day thereafter until complete. Failure to complete your CE requirements by 12/31 could result in additional disciplinary action up to, and including, termination of your ESI registration.
