Year End Commission Cycle Cutoff

Important Dates:

The ESI Commission Cycle will close early the week of Christmas, on Monday December 22nd. Payroll deposits for that cycle will occur the following Tuesday, December 30th.

For the week of New Years, the ESI Commission Cycle will close a day early on Tuesday, December 30th. Payroll deposits for that cycle will occur the following Tuesday January 6th.

For reps to automatically receive 2025 production credits with National Life, all ESI commissions need to be received and processed by EOD on Tuesday December 30^th.

Compensation received after December 30^th for new business submitted in 2025 will be reviewed for crediting by National Life on a case-by-case basis as an exception.
