Qualification Criteria Details:
1. Individual GDC Minimum: $475,000
2. Team Qualifications: One team member must qualify for EES on their own by meeting the $475,000 GDC minimum.The minimum team production for an additional invite is individual qualification x2 ($950,000). All production for all team members (split and individual) is counted as Team Production. In order to qualify under this category, you must be recognized by ESI as a Team splitting at least 25% of their business. All production for all team members (split and individual) is counted as Team Production
3. Top 5 Year-Over-Year Growth: Minimum production requirement of $175,000.
4. Top 5 Advisors Based on Advisory Sales: Minimum sales of $5,000,000.
5. Top 2 Managing Directors Based on Recruits to ESI: Minimum 3 Recruits
