Team Qualifications

$475,000; or $950,000 for a two-person team
Year-Over-Year Growth

Top 5 reps with a minimum of $175,000 GDC
Advisory (IARs)

Top 5 financial advisors based on total advisory sales (minimum $5,000,000)
Managing Directors

Top 2 Managing Directors based on recruits to ESI
