We’re committed to rewarding the recruiting efforts of our valued ESI Reps, Advisors and Managing Directors. That’s why we offer a referral bonus to existing reps and Managing Directors who help bring new talent to ESI. For every new rep you refer with at least $50,000 in trailing 12-month GDC, a 5% referral bonus (2.5% to referring rep and 2.5% to MD) will be paid based on their production with ESI during their first 12 months.
Please note: Managing Directors must be registered with ESI to qualify for the bonus.
