Referral Bonuses
Earn extra income by growing our team! For every new rep you refer with at least $50,000 in trailing 12-month GDC, you’ll receive a 5% referral bonus based on their production during their first 12 months (2.5% to you and 2.5% to the Managing Director). Managing Directors must be registered with ESI to qualify.
Partner-Funded Marketing
Boost your marketing efforts with partner dollars! Collaborate with product, tech, or marketing partners to secure financial support for events and campaigns.
- Reimbursement Limits:
- $5,000 per partner per year
- $200 per person
- Support from multiple partners allowed
Business Development Conference
Join us at the 2025 Business Development Conference in Alexandria, VA, March 9–11. Open to all ESI reps and advisors, this event will feature training, networking, and exclusive access to strategic partners. ESI covers the conference fee and subsidizes hotel rates—just bring your travel and lodging plans.
Elite Symposium & Circle of Excellence
Aim high with our recognition programs:
- Elite Symposium: Qualify for our invite-only event featuring professional development and exclusive sessions. The 2026 symposium will be held at the luxurious Fairmont Grand Del Mar in San Diego.
- Circle of Excellence: Be among the Top 25 ESI reps and enjoy waived licensing fees, covered state registrations, and a $500 marketing allowance.
Illuminations Business Development Credit
Advisors with $5M+ in average monthly AUM on the ESI Illuminations platform can earn additional compensation—up to 3 basis points for AUM over $100M. Credits are paid annually in February.
